Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment & Processing Each Joe Cojones product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. It takes 2–5 business days to create and package your items before they are shipped. This on-demand approach helps reduce overproduction and waste—thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

2. Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be handed over to a carrier. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on local carrier efficiency and customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Joe Cojones is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Order Tracking You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can follow your package's journey through the link provided in the email.

6. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
